Mean people everwhere, only for convenience will they be nice to you ever.

 They are nice to you as a convenience.

Some of them are perhaps in some way trying to serve God though.

So scared are the good people, even they can take a bad appearance.

 Yes, it is sad.

None are righteous but me perhaps, and I am the only one who is friends with the Lord.
