In truth there are only 2% of people who are that terrible perhaps. While some kids are "bad" to actually murder someone innocent, it is the kind of things that less than 1% of the population would do, and it is likely the case they are already under significant police surveillance and have a myriad of possible reasons to be charged with life in prison offenses if they do try to murder you.
