I don't know, but I suspect you see magic happening because some secret government organization is causing collective psychosis with a massive terrorist threat organized by the trators, who God claimed are 80% of the human population.
We have elections so humans all go for the traitor and stuff.
Yeah American and Canadian are resiting. There's some believers in America and Canada.
God has said various things ,like 90% of Canadians are believers, but that 80% of the world is a traitor.

I don't know what is happening in America and Canada, but I feel Victoria is 99% secure people, who at worst would just fuck with you a bit or maybe even a lot , depending who you inform on.
