I can see why Romans threw some Christians to the Lions.

"Surrender the enemies of humanity, turn the other cheeck, don't retaliate, give the enemy what they want, forgive child rapists and murderers!" 

When you get a report that this is what the cult is saying, you might if you had a moral standard at all want to throw this cult in hell or at least the responsible parties in the cult.
