So the Wise Guy, Gabriel Wise, says he's "The third in command of one of the greatest Kingdoms in Heaven."

Gabriel says they planted nuclear bombs on the fault lines of major Earthquake zones, more than 6000 nuclear bombs, in a view to killing tons of people in Earthquakes, thus reducing global population.
